The secret to a perfect pizza? My homemade garlic basil pesto! It goes well with almost any other topping and it is just too delicious to not use!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil or evoo
- 40 basil leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Juice of 1/4-1/2 of a lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until desired consistency is reached.
