Ingredients
- 2 super ripe hachiya persimmons
- 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
- 1/4-1/4″ fresh ginger (or 1/4-1/2 tsp ginger powder)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender or a food processor until smooth.
