Recipe:
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup kale, stems removed
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 tsp organic coconut oil
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
