My Two Go-To Green Smoothies

Ingredients
Simple Green Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup greens of choice
- Optional: Handful of fresh parsley or basil
Complex Green Smoothie:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of spinach or kale (or mix of both)
- 1-1 1/2 cups water, or as needed for desired consistency
- 1 persian cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 stalk celery
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Handful fresh parsley
- 1/4-1/2″ fresh ginger root
Instructions
- Blend greens and water until broken.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth and enjoy!
