Vegan Resources

I am going to try and share my upcoming visits to the Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market in case you're not already following me on YouTube (check it out for more!). One of the most frequently asked questions I get in comments and emails is that regarding saving money or living on a budget as a high carb and/or high raw vegan. Good news! I have some very helpful information, especially to those of you who live in Los Angeles, or near it :) Check out this blog post for FAQs, advice, examples, photos + more!WholesaleOct 16Date: October 16, 2015 Total: $79

Chris / Conscious Chris came into town last month for 10 days, so of course we had to make our way through LA and hit up as many restaurants + activities possible. With a seemingly never-ending plethora of vegan food in Los Angeles, these 10 days did not make a dent in what is available to try, but we definitely hit up quite a few spots. Luckily, Chris will be moving to LA mid-October, so we have time to get to what we missed. I'm sharing with you all a bit of my personal experience each day of his trip, not only as a reference for you, but also as a personal reflection for me on one of the best week's I think I've ever had. Reliving it here with you all is bringing nothing but a smile to my face :)

Take advantage of the beautiful weather and celebrate the summer season with with your friends and family with a party! Healthy menu planning for celebrations like these can be stressful and sometimes force you to turn to those not-so-healthy quick and easy prepared foods at the grocery stores/restaurants. To prevent that, I have compiled for you a list of ideas and information that I hope will inspire you to make healthier choices for your next gathering.

I am asked what the heck I could possibly grill as a vegan, and the answer to that is not simple, as there are so many options  ;)

Hi everyone, happy Friday! I am coming to you with a post today to help address a question I am constantly asked, "How did you start your blog? Can you help me get started?". And the answer is yes, I can definitely help you!
How To Start A Blog Graphic
I am here to give you all that I know, and hopefully help you create a beautiful blog of your own. Starting a food blog can be intimidating, especially if you are not starting off with a background in this kind of thing (I definitely did not have one), but I promise you that there are only a few simple steps you need to take! Here are my two cents, PLUS info on everything that I am currently using on my blog. I hope this helps! <3
