'Cheesy' Balsamic Savory Granola with Watermelon Seeds & Sun Dried Tomatoes (gluten-free)I decided to change things up a bit and try my hand a savory snack. When I want to nibble on something throughout the day, savory treats are sometimes necessary, but not as often available to to me unless I dig into veggies or something like avocado toast. I wanted to create a quick grab a handful and go type of snack and this was a winner! Not only is this great for snacks but it also pairs well with salads, soups, {especially my Curried Sweet Potato Soup}, raw vegan pastas + more! And this recipe came together a lot easier than I had expected. I kind of just winged it with all of the herbs and spices, I felt pretty bad ass that the flavor profile was on point I'm not going to lie.'Cheesy' Balsamic Savory Granola with Watermelon Seeds & Sun Dried Tomatoes (gluten-free)

Instead of tossing your papaya seeds after eating the fruit, make use of them! A lot of people don't know that you can actually use the Papaya Seeds. There are tons of recipes online, which utilize the ingredient for its peppery flavor. Give it a try! You can dry the seeds and use them just as you would peppercorns. Or, make a face mask! This is super simple, and you only need 2 ingredients. Raw Vegan Papaya Seed & Coconut Oil Facial sweetsimplevegan.com

Vegan Gluten-Free Nectarine & Peach Cobbler + The Best Raw Vanilla Ice Cream This is the Best Raw Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream I have ever tasted. A bold statement, yes. The truth? ABSOLUTELY. This is the ice cream that I used as a base for my Raw Vegan Mango, and you can definitely use it as a base for practically any other flavor you wish to create. For this recipe, a sweet and simple vanilla ice cream was perfect to go with the flavors of the cobbler. (Oh, I used the raw oat crumble as well, included in that same post!) Vegan Gluten-Free Nectarine & Peach Cobbler + The Best Raw Vanilla Ice Cream Feast your eyes on this beautiful pre-oven cobbler! Be sure that after you place all of the stone fruit into the batter, pour the remaining juices and sugar over it, that way you get all of the sweet fruity goodness.

Gluten-free Triple Berry Tart & Sweet Vanilla Cashew Cream Last weekend I attended the Los Angeles Vegan Potluck! It was such an amazing event. I learned so much about people I have connected with on Instagram, getting to finally meet them in person, and I was also able to share company with people that I had not met before, but am so glad that I did. You can read more about the event on my previous post. I brought two yummy dishes to the potluck. The first was my Summer Squash Pilaf from my Lunch & Dinner Ebook. My mom was actually the creator of this dish. She made it for me as my Raw Till 4 dinner entree when we visited my grandparents a few weeks ago. Everyone loved it at the dinner so I knew it had to be brought to the event. Summer Squash Pilaf The second was this Gluten-free Triple Berry Crisp with Sweet Vanilla Cashew Cream I came up with. I actually threw the tart together on a whim and I had no idea how it tasted until I sampled it at the event. It was definitely nerve wrecking, so thank goodness it was good! This cashew cream is my favorite, I wish I could eat it all day everyday, its that good!
